🎸 Rock The Track – Fan Code of Conduct

As we gear up for another epic weekend of live music, lights, and loud guitars — we want to remind the world’s greatest rock fans to be safe, be respectful, and most of all… have a damn good time.

At Rock The Track, we’re committed to creating an unforgettable experience where every guest feels welcome, respected, and secure. The safety and enjoyment of our fans, artists, and crew will always be our #1 priority.

🤘 Fan Conduct Guidelines

Rock The Track is a shared experience. You have the right to enjoy the festival free from disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior — and so does everyone else. Here's how to keep the good vibes rolling:

  • Respect the artists, staff, and your fellow fans. Everyone’s here to rock, not to deal with drama.

  • Do not interfere with performers or the performance in any way.

  • Throwing anything toward the stage or performers = instant ejection. No refund. No exceptions.

  • Keep it classy. No abusive language, hate speech, or obscene gestures.

  • No fighting, reckless behavior, or destruction of property. You’ll be sent home early.

  • Drink responsibly. If you're consuming alcohol, do so in a safe and controlled manner.

  • Follow all directions from Rock The Track staff and security, especially during emergencies.

  • Unauthorized commercial activity (selling merch, promoting brands, etc.) is not permitted on-site.

  • See something off? Say something. Flag down staff or security if someone needs help or is out of line.

⚠️ Violations

Any breach of the Fan Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the festival grounds without refund. Depending on the situation, further action may be taken. We’re all here for the same reason — to celebrate great music and create lifelong memories. Let’s keep Rock The Track safe, inclusive, and unforgettable for everyone.

🎪 ROCK THE TRACK – CAMPGROUND RULES

Before you roll in, crack a cold one, and crank up the tunes, please take a few minutes to review our campground rules. These guidelines are here to keep everyone safe, respectful, and rocking all weekend long.

🚗 VEHICLE & CAMPSITE INFO

  • Each campsite includes ONE vehicle pass (anything with a motor counts as a vehicle – RVs included).

  • Trailers being towed? They don’t need a vehicle pass. If it has a steering wheel, it does.

  • Your camping unit must fit within the size of the site you purchased. Got a big rig? Buy two side-by-side sites.

  • Pop-outs, tents, gear, or vehicles must not intrude into other campsites or driving lanes.

📍 REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Each site must be registered to an adult 18+ who is responsible for the entire group.

  • Be cool. You're responsible for your guests’ behaviour.

  • Breaking the rules may result in eviction with NO REFUND. No debates.

🛻 VEHICLE PASSES & PARKING

  • Your camping sticker must be clearly displayed on your vehicle.

  • Vehicles without stickers may be towed at the owner’s expense.

  • All vehicles are subject to search at the campground entrance.

  • Everyone in the campground must have a full-event wristband.

🛑 PROHIBITED VEHICLES & GEAR

Leave the following at home:

  • Motorcycles (must have a proper pass or will be impounded)s

  •

  • Unlicensed vehicles, trailers, or campers (they’ll be towed)

  • ATVs, mopeds, golf carts, hoverboards, etc.

  • Upholstered furniture (couches = $300 fine minimum)

  • Fireworks, open flames, tiki torches.

  • Weapons, firearms, illegal drugs, or explosives

  • Glass bottles or containers

  • Drones, paper lanterns, or helium tanks

⚡ POWER & GENERATORS

  • Generators may run from 7:00 AM – Midnight only.

  • “Whisper mode” required if needed overnight for health reasons.

  • Loud or smoky generators may be shut down by staff.

🧼 CLEAN CAMPS = HAPPY CAMPERS

  • Bring garbage bags. Clean your site. Trash bins are located throughout the campground.

  • Sites left trashed = $300+ fine and potential ban from future events.

  • More bags are available from staff or campground HQ.

🐶 PET POLICY

  • We love pets, but this isn’t their scene.

  • No pets allowed at Rock The Track unless they are a service animal.

🛁 AMENITIES

  • Showers, porta-potties, and non-potable water are available across the campground.

  • Don’t damage these facilities or you'll be removed and possibly prosecuted.

🍻 ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOUR

  • Legal drinking age applies. Have ID on you at all times.

  • No underage drinking or contributing to it — instant eviction.

  • Drinking is allowed only at your campsite, not on roads or common areas.

  • Drink responsibly. Stumbling into someone’s tent uninvited = not cool.

🔊 CAMPGROUND PARTIES

  • No paid music performances, sponsored campsite events, or open-to-the-public parties.

  • Keep it fun and respectful. This is not a rave zone or frat row.

🚓 SAFETY & SECURITY

  • Keep roads clear — emergency lanes must be accessible at all times.

  • Reckless driving, burnouts, or “stunting” will get you kicked out — and possibly charged.

  • No riding in truck beds or cruising the campground.

  • Unauthorized vending or branded activations will be shut down and may be prosecuted.

💥 FINAL NOTES

  • Anyone vandalizing, stealing, or tampering with others’ property will be removed and possibly charged.

  • Rock The Track is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Lock it up or leave it at home.

  • Festival organizers may change or add rules at any time.

👊 RESPECT. RESPONSIBILITY. ROCK & ROLL.

Keep the vibes high and the trouble low. If you see something shady or unsafe, let a staff member or security know immediately.

Let’s make this the wildest, safest, cleanest, loudest weekend of the summer.
