We’re so excited to welcome you to the Rock The Track Music Festival! To make sure everyone has a safe, fun, and unforgettable weekend, we’ve put together some important festival rules and guidelines. Please take a moment to review before you arrive.

🎟️ Ticket Terms & Conditions

  • All sales are final — rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges.

  • All ticket holders will be scanned upon festival or campground entry and will be provided with their festival wristband.  Please have your e-ticket downloaded to your phone or printed for speed upon entry

  • Please carry your ID with you at all times. Rock The Track will have ID stations throughout the grounds to provide attendees with liquor service wristbands.

  • You’re purchasing a revocable license, not guaranteed access to any specific artist or schedule. Lineup is subject to change.

🛑 Conduct & Security

  • All guests may be searched for prohibited items; management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone engaging in illegal or disorderly behaviour—without refund.

  • Recording, broadcasting, or photos featuring attendees may be used for promotional purposes—attendance constitutes consent.

🏕 Camping & Grounds Etiquette

  • Respect your neighbors—this is a shared space.

  • Keep your campsite within your purchased space.

  • Dispose of garbage in proper bins.

  • No amplified music after quiet hours (1am-8am).

🚨 Quick Reminders

  • All guests are subject to security screening.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.

  • Re-entry is allowed only with an intact wristband.

    • VIP!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

    •  RE-ENTRY ONTO FESTIVAL GROUNDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ONCE THE CONCERT BOWL OPENS.

  • Have your ID ready for age verification at licensed areas.

  • Follow all staff and security instructions—our team is here to help keep you safe!

🚗 Day Parking Info – Rock the Track 2025

✅ Day Parking Location

  • Designated Day Parking is located just south of the festival entrance. Follow signage and parking staff instructions located on RR23.

✅ Hours of Operation

  • Parking gates open at 5pm on Thursday evening and 11 am on Friday and Saturday .

  • Vehicles must be cleared 1 hour after the last act finishes.

✅ Cost

  • Day Parking is FREE with your festival pass. No overnight parking permitted.

✅ Pro Tips

  • No tailgating or alcohol consumption in the parking lot.

  • Lock up your valuables and don’t drink and drive — we love our rockers safe.

⛺️ Camping Check-In – What You Need to Know

✅ Location & Hours

  • Camping check-in is at the Campground Entrance off [Road Name or Landmark].

  • Open:

    • Thursday: 11am – 10pm

    • Friday: 9am – 9pm

    • Saturday: 9am – 2pm

✅ What You’ll Need

  • Your e-ticket and valid government ID

  • Entry point is on the north end of the festival grounds on RR23. 

  • Camping pass, festival wristbands, and site assignment will be provided upon entry onto the camping grounds

  • Only one vehicle per campsite unless you've purchased extra space.

✅ Campsite Rules & Vehicle Policy

✅ Arriving Late?

  • Late arrivals will be held until morning for check-in the next day. No after-hours entry for safety reasons.

✅ Reminder

  • Campsites must be registered to someone 18+ who assumes responsibility for the site.

✅ What’s Permitted on Festival Grounds

  • Small bags & backpacks (must be checked at security)

  • Empty reusable water bottles (we’ll have free water refill stations!)

  • Personal cameras & smartphones (no professional lenses or tripods)

  • Blankets, beach towels, small folding chairs

  • Sunscreen & personal care items (non-aerosol)

  • Earplugs & personal safety gear

  • Portable phone chargers

  • Service animals (must have proper documentation)

❌ What’s NOT Permitted

  • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol)

  • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia

  • Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)

  • Professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment

  • Glass containers

  • Large umbrellas, tents, or shade structures

  • Coolers, picnic baskets, or large bags

  • Laser pointers, fireworks, or flammable items

  • Bikes, scooters, skateboards, or other wheeled devices

  • Pets (except approved service animals)

Rock The Track Festival Bar Service – What You Need to Know

Bar Service is Token-Only

  • All festival bars will operate on a token system.

  • Cash and card payments will NOT be accepted directly at the bar.

How to Get Tokens

  • Purchase drink tokens & water tickets at clearly marked Token Stations located around the festival grounds and with roaming Token Sellers

  • Drink Tokens are valid for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (except water).

  • Water Tickets are a reduced-price option for bottled water only.

Where to Find Token Stations

  • Multiple Token Stations will be spread across the site for easy access.

  • Look for bright signage and festival staff for directions.

Plan Ahead

  • Save time and avoid lineups—buy enough tokens in advance to cover multiple drinks.

  • Tokens are valid for the entire festival weekend.

Accepted Payment Methods at Token Stations

  • Debit, credit, and cash are accepted at Token Stations. Debit & credit only with roaming token sellers.

No Refunds

  • Please note, tokens are non-refundable, so plan your purchases wisely.

Stay Hydrated & Drink Responsibly

  • Free water refill stations are available.

  • Remember to pace yourself and keep the party safe & fun!

Tons of Food Options

  • We’ve curated a lineup of local food trucks and festival faves to keep you fed all weekend long.

  • Options include burgers, tacos, poutine, BBQ, vegetarian, vegan, and sweet treats — come hungry!

Vendor Village

  • Check out our Vendor Village for handmade goods, apparel, accessories, art, and more from Alberta-based makers and creators.

  • It’s the perfect place to snag a festival souvenir or gift.

Hours of Operation

  • Vendors are open daily from gates open until 11PM.

  • Some vendors may stay open later based on the vibe and demand.

  • Most vendors accept debit, credit, and cash — but bring some cash just in case!
